Popular Use Cases Include:

  • Temporary offices for construction sites and infrastructure projects

  • Site management hubs and team welfare spaces
  • Staff break areas, drying rooms, and changing facilities
  • Secure storage rooms and tool lockers

What Makes Our Buildings Different?

Unlike temporary cabins, our modular buildings offer greater space, comfort, and performance. Each building is refurbished to a high standard and inspected for compliance before delivery. We provide expert advice on site access, groundworks, installation, and servicing so your building is fully functional from day one.

You can choose from open-plan formats, partitioned rooms, or custom layouts to meet specific operational needs. Our optional add-ons include climate control, lighting, access ramps, and more.

What Is a Modular Building?

Modular buildings are modern structures made from individual sections (modules) that are manufactured off-site and then transported to your location for rapid assembly. They are commonly used as an efficient alternative to traditional construction methods.

At Severn Trading, we design and install modular buildings that are flexible, reliable, and built around your specific needs. By using off-site manufacturing, we minimise disruption, reduce lead times, and ensure consistent build quality.

We have delivered modular solutions for major clients across the UK and Europe, including Balfour Beatty, Aspire, and Lynx. Our units are regularly deployed in education, construction, healthcare, housing, local government, and private industry.

Why Choose Modular Construction?

Modular buildings are increasingly replacing traditional construction methods due to their speed, affordability, and reduced environmental impact. With lower site disruption and quicker installation times, they allow businesses and public sector bodies to stay agile while scaling operations.

Advantages of Modular Construction:

  • Faster build times and earlier occupation
  • Reduced labour and material waste
  • Greater control over design and quality
  • Scalable and reusable over multiple sites
  • Lower total project costs
